🔒 PRIVACY-BY-DESIGN GUARANTEE:
Kinqo AI Technologies adheres to strict cryptographic privacy and minimal data collection standards. We do not sell personal data, we do not track off-site browsing, and we do not store unencrypted exchange credentials. Your API secrets are protected with AWS Key Management Service (KMS) AES-256 envelope encryption.

01 / Information We Collect

We operate on a strictly minimal data collection basis. We only gather information technically necessary to provision your access and execute your non-custodial automated trading commands:

Email Address: Used solely to deliver your unique 48-character ARTEMIS access token, invoice confirmations, and critical security notices.
Exchange API Keys (Encrypted): User-supplied Binance Futures API Key and Secret, used strictly to send signed trade requests to Binance via dedicated static AWS gateways.
On-Chain Transaction Data: Public blockchain hashes and wallet addresses used to settle subscription invoices (Polygon, Bitcoin, Litecoin).
Telemetry & Execution Logs: Anonymized trade execution timestamps, slippage metrics, and performance percentages (without revealing individual portfolio balances or identity).

02 / Information We DO NOT Collect or Store

To prevent systemic risk and eliminate data exposure vectors, we explicitly NEVER collect:

Personal bank account details or credit/debit card numbers.
Binance account login passwords or two-factor authentication (2FA) seeds.
Cryptocurrency wallet private keys or recovery seed phrases.
API keys with withdrawal permissions enabled (instantly rejected by our gateway).

03 / Cryptographic Security & Key Storage (AWS KMS)

Exchange API secrets submitted through the Client Terminal are handled with bank-grade cloud security:

      AWS KMS ENVELOPE ENCRYPTION: All API secrets are encrypted at rest using dedicated AWS Key Management Service (KMS) with 256-bit AES cryptographic keys. Plaintext keys are never stored on persistent disk and are loaded ephemerally into serverless memory only during the execution of signed Binance Futures requests.
    

In addition, outgoing requests originate exclusively from dedicated Elastic IP addresses, allowing users to restrict their API keys to our specific IP whitelist for absolute isolation.

04 / Third-Party Services & Web Analytics

Our website uses privacy-conscious web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) to monitor aggregate traffic patterns and conversion funnels (e.g., page views, button clicks, invoice generation). These tools collect anonymized data such as browser type, device category, and country without associating personal identities.

We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers, data brokers, or cross-site tracking pixels.

05 / Zero-Sale & Non-Disclosure Policy

Kinqo AI Technologies maintains a strict Zero-Data-Monetization policy. We will never sell, rent, lease, trade, or distribute your email address, trading telemetry, or exchange credentials to any third party, marketing agency, or advertiser under any circumstances.

06 / User Control & Complete Data Deletion

You maintain complete sovereignty over your data and execution links at all times:

Instant Revocation: You can disconnect and delete your API keys from our system at any time from the Client Terminal with a single click.
Exchange-Level Severance: Deleting or disabling the API key directly inside your Binance account immediately renders our system incapable of communicating with your account.
Right to Erasure: To request the complete deletion of your email address and historical records from our database, contact support@kinqo.com.

07 / Policy Updates & Inquiries

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect enhancements in our cryptographic architecture or serverless infrastructure. Material updates will be reflected with a revised effective date on this page.
